Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To start a return, simply visit our Returns Portal powered by Redo. You can access it from the footer of our website or directly here
Through the portal, you’ll be able to:

Select the item(s) you’d like to return

Generate a prepaid return label instantly
Once your return is approved and processed through Redo, you’ll receive detailed instructions via email on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first submitting a return request through the portal will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@cciety.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired size or color is to make a new purchase once your return is accepted. Alternatively, you can request an exchange directly through the Redo portal if the item is in stock.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
